Original Crown Mill

In 1879, Frederic Pelletier, the founder of Original Crown Mill, established a paper and envelope factory in Brussels. He sought to recreate the authentic, handmade paper from 200 years prior and ordered a laid paper from the Royal Mill. Thus, "Original Crown Mill" was born.

Pelletier's innovation included silk-lined envelopes packaged in luxurious decorative boxes. His successor continued the legacy, supplying the Belgian Royal Family and esteemed noble families throughout Europe.

Today, this tradition thrives with exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering quality, cementing Original Crown Mill as a purveyor of some of the world's finest writing paper.
